About Us:
Built By Brett, Inc. has built about 75 houses since 1988 in the Springfield area. We build up to 4 houses per year. Lots of builders come and go, but we are an established company with wise business practices that ensures we will be here for the long haul, continuing to stand behind our product for years to come. We believe in our products integrity so strongly that we provide a 2 year written warranty at no cost. Our Niche:
On the average, we build around 4 houses per year, which allows us to pay close attention to detail. Though most of our projects are in the $400,000 and up price range, we will build houses starting at $100,000.
Where We Build:
Woodfield Park and Hidden Tree communities are currently under development by Built By Brett, Inc. We also build in other areas such as: Stone Meadow, Rivercut, Timberbrook, Highland Springs, Emerald Park, Granite Springs, Millwood, and Private Acreages. We will also build in surrounding communities including Branson and Lake of the Ozarks areas. Plans:
Architectural plans are a necessity, but we have many ways of procuring them. We can do anything from plans provided by the client to designing plans from scratch, or anything in-between. We also have copyrighted plans that can be modified to fit your needs.

Sherry Godfrey is Built By Brett's in-house broker and realtor. Built By Brett will also work with outside realtors.
